Lawyer, graduated in June 2003. He studied law at the Gabriela Mistral University.

Since the beginning of his professional practice, he has worked as an independent lawyer, working, among others, as an external lawyer for Citibank (today, Banco Edwards-Citi of Banco de Chile). Since 2011, he has served as alternate notary of the owner, Marta Rivas Schultz, in the city of Los Andes, and as a partner lawyer of GyR Abogados, becoming a partner of Garcia Parot in 2019.
