He studied Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed an EAP program at the University of California, Santa Barbara, United States. He obtained his degree in Legal and Social Sciences and was admitted to the bar in 2007.

He joined GARCIA PAROT in 2004 and became a partner in 2010, leading the firm’s Corporate Law practice since then.

He shares his experience and knowledge as a professor of the “Compliance para Directores y Ejecutivos” course at ESE Business School, Universidad de los Andes; of the Máster en Legaltech & Compliance Officer at Universitat de València, Spain; and of the “Derecho de la Empresa” course at the School of Economics and Business of Universidad del Desarrollo.

He is an international commercial arbitrator at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC).

Since 2023 he has been an active member of the World Compliance Association and, since 2026, of the Asociación Española de Compliance (ASCOM). That same year he obtained ASCOM’s CESCOM® Compliance Certification, which carries the associated Internationally Certified Compliance Professional (ICCP) recognition granted by the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFCA), of which ASCOM is a member.
