He studied Law at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an EAP (Education Abroad Program) at University of California, Santa Bárbara, United States, obtaining a degree in juridical and social sciences and his law degree in 2007.

He joined Garcia Parot in 2004, becoming a partner in 2010, leading since that year the Corporate Law area of the firm.

Since 2018 he works as a professor in the Corporate Government and Enterprise Law chairs at Finis Terrae University.

He is a member of the International Compliance Association, holding an Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance in the International Compliance Association (2020), Diploma in Tax Analysis and Planning, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2009) and Master of Laws mention in Tax Law, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2011).
