Carolina López Pérez

She completed her law studies at Universidad Central, obtaining two votes of distinction in her degree examination. Her thesis addressed the topic “The Criminal Procedure Reform in the Seventh Region and the Press”. She was sworn in as a Lawyer in January 2010.

In her professional career, she has worked in renowned institutions, starting as a lawyer at López & López in 2010. Later, she worked at Cesce Chile Insurance for Guarantee and Credit in 2011 and at Sacret between 2011 and 2013.

In August 2013, she joined GARCIA PAROT as an associate lawyer, contributing her experience and knowledge in the area of Litigation and Arbitration, as well as in Family Law and Educational Law.

In October 2022, she became a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration area.
