Cristóbal García Lorca

Lawyer. A graduate of Universidad Central, he obtained his law degree with highest honors after passing his final exam. His thesis addressed “The Nullity of Dismissal of Workers with Union Immunity under Law No. 19.631 (Bustos-Seguel Law)” in 2003.

He joined GARCIA PAROT in 1997, and since 2005 has served as a partner, leading the Litigation and Arbitration area of the firm.

Moreover, from November 2005 to July 2012, he was the president of the Chilean-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry A.G., promoting cooperation and trade exchange between both countries and strengthening the firm’s international relations.

Finally, since the end of 2023, he is an active member of the World Compliance Association, reflecting his dedication to staying abreast of the best practices and international standards in the field of regulatory compliance.
