Jorge García Sepúlveda

Jorge studied Law at Universidad Central and obtained his law degree in 2014. He began his career in 2009 as a paralegal at Disi y Compañía. Later, from May 2010 to August 2012, he worked as a paralegal at GARCIA PAROT, gaining experience in civil, labor, criminal, and arbitration cases.

 

From July 2014 to July 2017, Jorge worked as a litigator at Paulsen y García. Concurrently, between February 2015 and October 2017, he worked as a litigator at the Metropolitan Regional Government. From October 2017 to April 2024, he served as an attorney at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, where he worked in the Immediate Response and Initial Investigations Unit, the Local Prosecutor’s Office of La Florida, and the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Gender, Domestic Violence, and Sexual Offenses.

 

In May 2024, Jorge rejoined GARCIA PAROT as a partner in the Criminal Law area, bringing his extensive experience and knowledge in criminal law.
