Nicolás García Lorca

He completed his law studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as an EAP at the University of California, Santa Barbara, United States. He obtained his Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences and his law degree in 2007.

He joined GARCIA PAROT in 2004, becoming a partner in 2010, and has since led the firm’s Corporate Law area.

Since 2018, he shares his experience and knowledge as a professor of Corporate Governance and Business Law at Universidad Finis Terrae.

Additionally, since 2023, he is an active member of the World Compliance Association, reflecting his dedication to staying abreast of the best practices and international standards in the field of regulatory compliance.
