Patricio García Parot

Principal partner and founder of GARCIA PAROT. He earned his Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1971 and his law degree in January 1974. With a solid academic foundation and an innovative vision, he founded our firm in 1974.

Throughout his career, he has held key positions in various organizations. He was the Head of the Legal Department at Hotelera Nacional HONSA, Chief Lawyer for the Municipal Defense of San Miguel, and served as an external advisor for significant national and international companies. He also provided services at the Contraloría General de la República, contributing to the supervision and auditing of public administration.

As an educator, he shared his knowledge and experience as a professor of Commercial Law at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).

From 1986 to 2016, he served as a judge on the National Arbitral Body established in the Labor Code, demonstrating his commitment to labor justice and the protection of workers’ rights. Additionally, since 2005, he has acted as a national arbitrator in real estate leasing matters, both at first and second instance, consolidating his reputation as a distinguished expert in conflict resolution.
